The media were influencing us to get more into fad diets, complex exercise programs, technologies and machines, but in reality, we only need four things to get sexier and healthier. Just remember the acronym SEEK.

  1. Sleep at least 8 hours every night.
  2. Exercise at least five times a week.
  3. Eat healthy food. Try to eat whole food and avoid processed food as much as possible.
  4. Keep hydrated.

And if you want to elevate your holistic approach to good health then include meditation. Then just remember MEEKS.

Getting sexier will just be the by-product of following these simple and minimalist activities. Before you buy your fancy gym shoes, try to focus first on complying on these basic routines. This guide will help you to maintain the minimalist way to lose weight and get healthier.
